In order to obtain and maintain / keep your residence permit when you have a nationality based on which you are obliged to do so, you must be prepared to undergo a tuberculosis test (TB) within the first three months of your arrival. In order to undergo the TB test, you must make an appointment with the Gemeentelijke or Gemeenschappelijke Gezondheidsdienst, GGD, (Municipal Health Service) at the municipality where you are residing. For this appointment you must complete part of the Tuberculosis Examination Referral Form, which will be attached to your residence permit application form.
